Films, music and more in the latest listings from the people who bring you the Flatpack Festival. Watch out for a reading by award winning author Cath O'Flynn and the Supersonic Festival.

FLUMMOXED
An evening of music, film and action as part of Vivid's Flux-Fest season. Includes silent raving, the first ever performance of a composition based on the number 11 bus route, limited edition flipbooks, a selection of work by Oliver Laric and a Three-turntable improvisation by audio-collagist Ergo Phizmiz using assorted vinyl and no headphones.
nicholas Bullen will be filling a white box with Fluxus scores, performances, props and ephemera, and Film Ficciones & Micronormous climax with the mysterious Lucent Harmonic Color. We also have a late addition to the programme in the form of Kosovan performance artist Svetlana Lassatkova.
Feel free to bring your own junkshop records, your own portable music player + headphones, and/or your Own felt-tips.

KNITFLICKS
7inch returns to this picturesque gallery off the Fosse Way for a weekend of knitting-related shorts and animation to complement the new Fabric of Myth exhibition. We'll be showing in the same café setup as last year's Shadowfilm weekend, and if you'd like To have a bash at knitting free needles and wool and informal tuition will be available.
The lineup includes psychedelic Yugoslavian animation, Simon Hook's Knit Your Own Karma, work from Cast Off and Straight8, a Lego knitting machine and - inevitably - a couple of Michel Gondry videos.

Sixth outing for Capsule's annual music hootenanny, this
time over three days and featuring Battles, Harmonia, Julian
Cope, Efterklang and tons of other bands. 7inch will be playing
a few films on Saturday and Sunday along with various others
including Kipple, Lost and Found Video and Southern Records,
there's a UK premiere for Vice documentary Heavy Metal in
Baghdad, and Matt Eaton and Grandmaster Gareth will be reprising
their new live score for Nosferatu recently unveiled at the mac.
