MULLANEY UNVEILS NEW BRUM “TATE MODERN” PIC

Birmingham councillor Martin Mullaney has unveiled the latest version of his radical “Tate Modern” plan for Birmingham Central Library.

Mullaney proposes converting John Madin’s controversial ziggurat building into an art gallery while creating a replacement library in a newly pedestrianised square by the Town Hall.
