Twin Lizzy, the Roadhouse, Lifford Lane, Kings Norton. Tribute bands might not exactly be fashionable but sometimes it’s good to hear something you know already. You’ll never guess whose music they play.

Jo Caulfield Won’t Shut Up, Wulfrun Hall, Wolverhampton. Saturday. 7.30pm. One of the funniest and most successful female comedians in the country, Jo Caulfield’s current show goes a long way to explaining why she’s so popular.

The Low Anthem, O2 Academy, Birmingham. Sunday, 8pm. An American folk rock trio who toured the festival circuit to great acclaim last year, picking up an Uncut awards nomination into the bargain.
